About the Movie
Chewy Taffy ("Home of the Slow, Comfortable Chew") has just been acquired by Texas billionaire Dick Hammer (Brian Hoffman). And marketing wiz Ed Taylor (Anthony Villa) has been tapped to come up with a launch campaign for the newly named "Dick's Taffy". There's only one problem (besides the name). Ed's sleazy rival (Tom Sousa) for the role has leaked the story to the media, and Ed now finds himself suddenly exposed to the type of press coverage normally reserved for celebrities, star athletes and politicians.
But while Ed's sudden notoriety seems like a wonderful thing at first, he finds out much too late that his private life isn't so private anymore. And the resulting scandal may ultimately cost him his job, his friends, and his family, unless he can find a way to handle the limelight.
